The purpose of the Executive Board is to make decisions for the Deafoundation that concern spending. Committees
will report and make suggestions to the Board and the Board will vote on final actions to take place concerning events, meetings,
social activities, fundraising, and other items concerning money. The Board is comprised of an odd number of people
in order to alleviate ties in voting. All voting members have an equal vote. The Board meets as it needs but at
least twice a year.
